| Customers must contact us to receive a return authorization number, before returning any items.
Any items that are shipped incorrect or defective will be replaced at no charge to the customer. All unopened rolls, except samples, may be returned within 35 days of shipping (The date on your invoice) for credit or replacement. There will be a 25% restocking fee assessed for all returns. Return Shipping at customer’s expense. Opened rolls returned will not be refunded or returned to the customer! | Most samples will be a full repeat of the borders pattern. Only extremely long patterns will not be sent as full repeats. All samples will be sent US Mail with no shipping charge. Samples are non-returnable. |
